Wallpapers started acting weirdly. Anyone's seen this phenomenon?

It covers just about 70% of the screen. What seems wrong?

is that a stock wall paper? or did you change your DPI? try loading a diffrent wall paper.

It's the first one you can see, when you first boot it. And I tried others and got the same results. Now I'm using live wallpapers.
