Call delay on coming calls

There happens to be a lag whenever I try to answer a call, and I always can not hear the first 2-3 seconds of the conversations.

This has happened to me with HTC desire, too.

Any solutions?

The oldest complaint on the books.... I can't get them to call me back! Customers have been frustrated over this forever! It's the number one customer complaint, heard over and over and over again! But wait, you might also be surprised at how many contractors mutter a similar mantra about their customers not returning their phone calls, either. Who is worse? Customers or Contractors?
